Application Process

We are looking for people who are motivated, talented, team-oriented, and are passionate about our vision.

All of our jobs are posted on our website. If there is a particular job that interests you, submit your application online through our web portal. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we will only contact candidates who have been down-selected for a phone interview.

Our process is simple; the path to getting hired usually involves a first conversation with a recruiter, a phone interview and onsite interviews with panel members. If you are one of the final candidates for a position, we will ask you to complete a pre-employment assessment. Don’t worry, the assessment is straight forward, and it provides an opportunity for us to get to know your style better. We may also ask you for  references should you be one of our top candidates. And lastly, we will make you an offer based on the discussions that the recruiter and you have had up to that point.

If we interview you we will get back to you whether you are successful or not.


How we Interview

When you interview at AFCC, you’ll likely interview with a panel of 4 to 5 members. These are the folks that you will be working with most closely in your role. They’re looking for five things:
